One fits it all! There is no need, and it makes no sense, to re-implement a front-end business module for every single sales channel. Whether you provide information to your customers or distribution partners or you give them quoting modules for all your lines of business; one module will handle the needs of all your target groups.
Your tight agents (see also offline client) and your business and distribution partners, such as brokers, independent agents, banks, garages etc. will use one and the same module. Depending on their user profile the system will automatically provide them with the level of information that you’ve defined per target group and the set of services that a specific target group is allowed to use.
The Front Office Online Client is used to provide information from your back-office systems to your employees and partners over the Internet. It provides customer information, contract portfolio, contract overview and details, claims information, accounting data, etc. Basically all the information that you think should be available for your agents, partners or customers.

The product catalog is an extremely powerful repository for all your products and services. It supports all lines of business (property and casualty, individual life and group life). OFFLINE CLIENT FOR AGENTS (optional), DATA SYNCHRONIZATION /
Our solutions have the capability to run both, in online mode, over an Internet connection and in offline mode, locally on a user’s notebook. If you don’t want your sales staff to depend on the availability of an Internet connection, let them use the Offline Client.
An automatic data synchronization mechanism will replicate data between the server and your sales staff’s notebooks. By means of the interpretation of profile and role definitions, the system ensures that every user only obtains access to information that he is permitted to see.
FRONT OFFICE SERVER /
The front office server contains all the data and services made available to your sales staff and partners. Based on a flexible product catalog and the open architecture (SOA) it enables you to effectively collaborate with all your sales and distribution partners (multi channels) and to integrate with a multitude of your existing back office and legacy systems (multi back office integration).
Data mapping between systems is a key capability to “loosely integrate” systems between each other. Innoveo has recognized this need and provide the functionality to empower the exchange of data between literally any system and our front office solution.
INSURANCE OPERATIONAL DATA STORE (iODS) /
The Insurance Operational Data Store is a data base, which collects data from your back office systems in order to make them available through the Front Office Online Client and the Offline Client (optional). The use of the iODS offers a couple of real advantages as it decouples back office and front office data and functions. This allows you to run your front office solution in a 7x24h mode, even during the times when your back office systems are not available due to maintenance tasks or when batch processes are performed during the night.
In addition to its capability to collect data from the back office side the Insurance Operational Data Store collects all the data generated on the front office side, such as quotes/proposals, applications to change customer data and contracts, etc.
The Insurance Operational Data Store is based on the product catalog model, which makes it completely flexible to incorporate your specific data structures, which you have in place in your other systems or, which you need to run your future business. Today we support the modelling of partner information, policies, proposals and claims.
