INNOVEO ESTABLISHES ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS /
Zurich, Switzerland, October 1, 2007 – Innoveo Solutions AG is proud to announce the creation of its Board of Directors. Composed of leading experts in insurance, IT, and strategy, the Board will be instrumental in crafting winning strategies and in matching Innoveo’s competences to market needs. The Board’s composition, along with each member’s focal area of expertise contribution follows:

- Bruno von Rotz (external) – software, Open Source, marketing

- Didier Beck (internal) – IT, insurance, management
