A growing software company focused on the insurance industry, based in Zürich, Switzerland and privately held by its founding members. We base on a strong experience in the insurance industry, technology and architecture (SOA).

Our international, very experienced team, is acting across Europe and beyond. We deliver an industry-specific IT platform and related services, we are focused on the Western European insurance market. Innoveo is dedicated to enabling the insurance business through technology. Starting in 2000, we rapidly built an industry-reference platform that today handles € billions in offer volume and serves as the foundation for a wide variety of business applications.

We do our best to deliver maximum value to your business, by continuously innovating, providing our clients with flexible solutions, and designing our products/services to match industry trends and strategic needs. With a research & development team of top-level engineers and a management team that understands both insurance and technology, we aim to partner with our clients and partners both at the business and technology level.

OUR HISTORY /

Starting as a strategic initiative of the Helvetia Insurance Group in September 2000, with the support of an experienced technology partner, a first release of an insurance-specific sales and distribution platform was launched in February 2002. Today we look back on several years of successful operations, with more than 25 implemented business modules, very high traffic volumes generated by tied agents, brokers, corporate clients and other distribution partners as well as a very interesting offer volume generated through the platform.

In 2006 a first spin-off step of our organization unit was approved by the Helvetia Group. “ecenter solutions”, a subsidiary of the Group, was founded in order to serve both the group subsidiaries and the market.

In 2007 a second step, a spin-out, was agreed between the managements of ecenter solutions and Helvetia. Innoveo Solutions is the company founded by the team of ecenter solutions and privately owned by its employees. The new brand represents a stable and very experienced team that has worked and performed together for many years.
