Senior Solutions Manager

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree in Business or one of the STEM fields.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a product organization
Background in Software product in Financial Services or Insurance domain
Strong presentation and communication capability
Solution consulting experience and/or similar capacities
Capable of learning new technology platforms quickly
Excellent problem solving and analytical reasoning skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Expert in Microsoft Excel and Power point
Good understanding of latest technologies, especially in the area of integration using web services protocols (REST / JSON, SOAP) and Security architecture

THE OPPORTUNITY

Support the business development process along with the Sales team. Contribute to the win.
Conduct detailed analysis of prospects’ needs, identify their business problem, develop appropriate solutions and build financial justification.
Build and present tailored demonstrations, proving the solution using scenario/use case
Work closely with Sales, Professional Services, Product Management and Partners/Resellers to compile RFx response.
Work on all Presales activities required to win
Act as the knowledge resource for the Sales team
Answer technical and product related questions from our prospects and partners
Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as a leader to deliver client’s needs
Support global clients and prospects across multiple time zones
