HUB International-Puerto Rico needed to identify how to convert a traditional, in-person sales process that required multiple customer visits to a digital experience that would be efficient and customer-focused. In addition, all policies required manual data entry which was cumbersome, time-consuming, and vulnerable to data entry errors. HUB International-Puerto Rico’s ultimate vision was to provide all stakeholders in the insurance sales journey – customers, agents, insurers, and partners – an immersive digital experience to facilitate and enhance their customer journey.
HOW IT WAS SOLVED
The Innoveo Skye platform provides a complete end-to-end solution offering straight-through processing from quote to bind, policy issuance and endorsements, and renewals. The solution will enable the ability to quickly add new insurers and products to the marketplace within days.
As a result, Innoveo converted HUB International-Puerto Rico’s retail sales from a largely paper-driven, in-person enrollment process to a fully digitized multi-channel marketplace offering a wide range of insurance products and a comprehensive digital customer journey.
